She expressed her love for the show and its connection to the heart of America but believes it's time for her to go on her own adventures. Perry mentioned that she is creating space for new experiences, such as performing at Brazil's Rock in Rio festival in September. Perry, Bryan, and Richie have grown close during their time on the show and have even visited each other's hometowns. While Perry had not yet told Richie and Bryan about her departure, she noted that they would find out soon enough.
