Imagine the possibility of Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett teaming up in 2008! It could have created an incredible guard-big combo. However, former Lakers player Matt Barnes recently shared that Bryant wasn't interested. On the Podcast P with Paul George, Barnes mentioned that Bryant never responded to Garnett's attempts to join the Lakers. Bryant wanted to win championships on his own without the need for another superstar. Garnett eventually joined the Boston Celtics and won the championship in 2008. It's interesting to think about what could have been if Garnett had joined Bryant in Los Angeles.
