The hip-hop star is being sued by male model Kevin Brophy, who claims she copied his tattoo for the cover of her 2016 mixtape. Brophy asserts that the use of the tattoo was unauthorized, and he was upset with how the man with the ink was depicted. Cardi B has denied the allegations and will now have her deposition rescheduled for September 7th.
