Larry David was spotted looking a bit less than thrilled as he watched UConn secure a spot in the Final Four during Saturday's March Madness showdown against Illinois. The "Curb Your Enthusiasm" star's discomfort was evident as he nervously bit his nails and appeared visibly annoyed while UConn dominated Illinois at TD Garden in Boston.
Not only did David seem to require more legroom in his front row seat, but he also expressed displeasure at the noise in the arena by blocking his ears when an Illinois fan cheered loudly behind him. Despite being featured on the Jumbotron, Larry David was not pleased and even questioned why he was being shown on the big screen.
Known for his candidness, Larry David didn't hold back in expressing his opinions throughout the game. He reportedly called out UConn coach Dan Hurley for leaving starters in despite the team's significant lead. Eventually, David attempted to leave the game a few minutes early, perhaps not wanting to witness the final score of Illinois losing to UConn 55 to 77. Like any true Larry David moment, he encountered some obstacles on his way out but managed to exit gracefully.
