Machine Gun Kelly has revealed the intense experience of getting his entire torso blacked out with tattoos in a series of behind-the-scenes videos shared on Instagram. The footage shows the singer undergoing seven intense tattoo sessions over two weeks, from his armpits to his belly button and even around his nipples.
MGK described the process as the "most painful s*** he's ever done in his life," but he powered through and doesn't seem to regret it. In fact, he even used a hyperbolic oxygen chamber to speed up the healing process between sessions.
The decision to cover his original tattoos was made for "spiritual purposes only," as his older inkings were too chaotic for him now. Despite the pain, MGK is already thinking about his next tattoo, asking his followers, "So...what else should I get now?" His tattoo artist praised him for being the toughest client she's ever had, and even Megan Fox attended one of the sessions, giving her fiancé kudos for his endurance.
