A transgender woman's legal battle over her discarded testicles came to a close when a judge in Pontiac, Detroit dismissed the case. Brianna Kingsley had sued her ex-boyfriend, William Wojciechowski, for allegedly throwing out her surgically-removed testicles after their breakup. Kingsley initially demanded the return of her testes, even though they had already been discarded, along with $6,500 in damages. Wojciechowski countersued Kingsley, claiming she had humiliated him. The judge ultimately ruled that the competing lawsuits were "ridiculous" and impossible to put a monetary value on. The judge's decision cannot be appealed. Kingsley had previously shown pride in her gender-reassignment surgery a few years ago, explaining the significance of her testicles. Nonetheless, the case was deemed too ludicrous for small claims court and was dismissed.
