The caller, an unidentified woman, reported discovering the body after initially being unable to locate Davis at his Southwest Ranches residence. Despite dispatch's efforts to have the woman retrieve a defibrillator, it remains unclear whether any attempts were made to revive Davis. Law enforcement later released additional 911 audio from Davis' personal assistant, who last saw him on Friday. Following the calls, Davie Police Officers arrived at the scene and pronounced the two-time Pro Bowler dead.
