Lisa Vanderpump reacts to Scheana Shay’s John Mayer hookup claims: ‘An orgy?!’

Lisa Vanderpump was taken aback when asked about Scheana Shay's rumored involvement with John Mayer. "I've been busy filming in London for a month," she exclusively shared with Page Six while promoting her new Hulu reality series, "Vanderpump Villa." It seems she was unaware that Shay, 38, hinted at having an orgy with the Grammy winner, 46, on a recent episode of "Vanderpump Rules." "An orgy? What exactly constitutes an orgy?" she pondered, clapping her hands in disbelief. The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum, 63, wondered aloud about the specifics of an orgy.

During a game of "Never Have I Ever" with her Bravo co-stars, Shay suggested she had participated in an orgy with a famous celebrity.

Though she didn't reveal any names, she cleverly hinted, "Once upon a time, my body was a wonderland," alluding to Mayer's famous song.

In 2020, Shay claimed she first interacted with Mayer at a party where he was with his then-girlfriend Jennifer Aniston. "I was working at this event and partied with them," she shared on the "Flashbacks" podcast. "Every time they took a shot, they offered me one too." Following Mayer's breakup with Aniston in 2009, Shay, now married to Australian personal trainer Brock Davies, alleged she started a relationship with the musician. "I was living with 'The Hills' star Stacie Adams at that time," she revealed.

"It continued for about six months... It turned into kind of a three-way relationship."

The initial three episodes of "Vanderpump Villa" will debut on Hulu on April 1, with subsequent episodes releasing every Monday. The reality show provides an inside look at another business venture of Vanderpump's, Chateau Rosabelle in France. There, Vanderpump and her attractive yet dramatic staff offer guests unique hospitality experiences. "‘Vanderpump Villa’ is entertaining, immersive, and visually stunning," Vanderpump praised. "It's a different kind of show, but I'm confident you'll enjoy it."
