The 33-year-old author and podcast host shared the news on social media, posting a carousel of photos that included images of her and her husband, Connor Smith, as well as their dog and an ultrasound picture. This will be the couple's first child, and they expressed their excitement in the announcement. Mattie was previously married to Ben Selecman, who sadly passed away in 2018. Several country singers and celebrities, including Thomas Rhett's wife Lauren and Lee Ann Womack, congratulated Jackson Smith on her pregnancy. Alan Jackson and his wife Denise are already grandparents to their daughter Ali's son, Jackson Bradshaw, who was born in December 2022. Alan has not yet publicly responded to his daughter's news.
