2024/02/10

Jason Momoa, Zach Braff, and Donald Faison teamed up to work on their upcoming T-Mobile 2024 Super Bowl commercial this week. The trio of actors gathered on set in Santa Clarita, California on Wednesday. In a tribute to the 1983 film Flashdance, the stars performed a choreographed dance routine, parodying the iconic song "What A Feeling" and reenacting memorable moments from the movie. Their captivating performance earned them a standing ovation from the crew.

Jason Momoa rocked a button-up gunmetal gray shirt over a black tank top while filming. With his sleeves rolled up to his elbows, he flaunted his heavily tattooed forearm.

Completing the look, he wore black pants and styled his long, textured brown hair down. As usual, Momoa looked effortlessly handsome with a full beard as he interacted with his colleagues in anticipation of the February 11 game day.

Zach Braff appeared on set in a crew neck, long-sleeved, heather gray T-shirt and faded blue trousers. He sported a neatly cut, graying dark hairdo and a clean-shaven look. Donald Faison, known for his role in the show Scrubs alongside Braff, layered an olive green shirt jacket over a pale pink T-shirt and paired it with dark wash blue jeans. His signature bald head and clean-shaven appearance were also on display for their TV appearance.

This isn't the first time that Zach Braff and Donald Faison have collaborated on T-Mobile commercials. They previously spoofed songs like "Oh What A Beautiful Morning" and "I Feel Pretty." In another advertisement, they even had the opportunity to work with John Travolta on a Grease-themed parody. Their comedic chemistry has undoubtedly been a hit with audiences.

The 2024 Super Bowl promises to be a star-studded event. Reba McEntire, a country music icon, will grace the stage to sing the national anthem, while Post Malone will perform "America The Beautiful." These performances will take place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, preceding the championship matchup and the highly anticipated halftime show featuring Usher.

Additionally, Andra Day will perform "Lift Every Voice And Sing" as part of the pregame performances aired on CBS. Actor Daniel Durant will perform the national anthem in American sign language, following in the footsteps of his CODA film castmate, Troy Kotsur, who took on this role last year. Model-dancer Anjel Piñero and actor-dancer Shaheem Sanchez will also provide sign language interpretations for their respective songs.

The halftime show production for the 2024 Super Bowl will be co-executive produced by Jay-Z's Roc Nation company and Emmy-winning producer Jesse Collins. With Reba McEntire and Post Malone headlining, audiences can expect an incredible showcase of talent.
