A dramatic scene unfolded in Los Angeles on Sunday when a truck collided head-on with an ambulance carrying two patients. The shocking incident was captured on video obtained by TMZ, showing the moment the silver truck crashed into the side of the emergency vehicle at a Culver City intersection.

Despite the impact, the ambulance remained strong and undamaged, while the front of the truck was completely smashed in. The driver of the truck miraculously emerged from the wreckage unharmed and headed towards the ambulance, possibly to assist the occupants.

According to the Culver City Police Department, the truck driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.

The two patients in the ambulance also suffered minor injuries and received medical attention.

Although an investigation was conducted, no arrests were made at the time of the incident. Fortunately, no additional ambulances were needed, and all individuals involved are expected to recover from the ordeal.
