Shannon Sharpe is not known for engaging with Twitter trolls, but recently he defended his opinion that LeBron James is the most gifted athlete ever. A fan accused Sharpe of being paid to praise James, but Sharpe quickly shut down the accusation. Another critic pointed out a tweet from 2012 in which Sharpe ranked Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant above James. Despite this, James has since added numerous accolades to his resume, solidifying Sharpe's argument. With three NBA championships and multiple awards, James has proven his greatness over the years.
