George Jones had his final show on April 6, 2013, in Knoxville, Tenn., performing his hit "He Stopped Loving Her Today." Although fans were unaware at the time, Jones knew it was his last show. Despite his failing health, Jones received support from fans and fellow country artist Alan Jackson. Jones passed away on April 26, 2013, due to hypoxic respiratory failure.
