Affleck was walking down the street in Santa Monica when a photographer fired a question at him in Spanish. The rumors about the alleged kiss started after Spears shared a throwback photo of herself with Affleck and songwriter Diane Warren. In the caption, she claimed that she and Affleck made out on the same night the picture was taken in 1999. However, she did not elaborate on what she meant by implying that more had happened between them. The comment raised eyebrows, especially considering Spears recently released a memoir filled with shocking revelations, in which she failed to mention the alleged kiss.
