Dr. Hannah Asher from Chicago Med is trying out dating apps with little success. However, a charming and handsome new doctor named Dr. Mitch Ripley catches her attention. When Hannah goes on a first date with a guy named Kyle, Ripley inadvertently interrupts the date when a medical emergency occurs at the bar. Hannah helps revive the victims and later learns that her date, Kyle, is actually married to a pregnant woman named Tessa. Hannah consoles Tessa and ends up delivering her baby. Later, Hannah confronts Kyle and reveals that his wife knows everything. Hannah decides to quit dating apps and ponders the idea of a romance with Ripley.
