In this installment, James discussed how then-Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra improved the team's offense post a 2011 NBA Finals loss. "Spo was the key to our success," James revealed. The 4x NBA champion also mentioned how the Heat team traveled to Oregon to learn spread offense from football coach Chip Kelly. Incorporating this new style made James realize he had to elevate his game. The innovative tactics ultimately led the Heat to victory in the NBA Finals.
