Country legend Alan Jackson and his wife Denise are overjoyed to announce that their oldest daughter, Mattie Jackson Smith, is expecting her first child in 2024. This will be the second grandchild for the family, and the second grandson. Alan shared the happy news on social media, posting a picture of Mattie and her husband Connor Smith holding an ultrasound photo. Another photo shows Mattie and Conner posing with Alan and Denise, who are holding a card that reads "Grandbaby #2". In his caption, Alan expressed his excitement for the arrival of their second grandson in June and congratulated Mattie and Connor. Mattie first announced her pregnancy on February 9. Mattie, who is 33 years old, is Alan's oldest daughter and was previously married to Ben Selecman, who passed away in 2018. She has been open about her grief journey and how her faith has helped her through. Alan and Denise are already grandparents to grandson Jackson Bradshaw.
